I hereby authorize “Robots Repairs” to perform repair work on my device(s)

I understand that in some cases my data cannot be saved and that “Robots Repairs” cannot be held liable for the loss, alteration or corruption of my data

I understand that hardware failure can occur anytime and that “Robots Repairs” cannot be held liable for any hardware failure that may occur

I understand that drops, excessive drops, corrosion, moisture exposure to my device(s) will & could cause irreversible damages to the motherboard regardless of a successful repair and hereby authorize "Robots Repairs" to proceed with the repairs and will not hold "Robots Repairs" liable for any future possible future malfunctions of my device(s) to previous drops, corrosion, moisture exposure to my device(s) . I understand that in some cases repairs done to my hardware may void the manufacturer’s warranty and that “Robots Repairs” is not liable for voided warranties I understand that if I do not pick up my cell device(s) within 6 months of the drop off date I forfeit the items listed below to cover the cost of services performed by "Robots Repairs"

90 Day Warranty: All repair services and parts are covered for 90 days after the customer’s pick up date. This limited warranty does not cover water damaged related repairs. It also does not cover any ruined goods or physical damage caused to the glass or the screen, it also doesn't cover water damages incurred to devices after customers pick up date. WARRANTY does not apply to pre-existing defects not repaired by the Company or defects resulting from any action of the customer, including but not limited to mishandling, physical damage, water damage, any repair by someone other than "Robots Repairs". Warranty is Void if device(s) shows evidence of having been tampered with, excessive drops, corrosion, heat & moisture exposure, water damage motherboard and is not covered under this warranty.

Limitation of Liability: Repair of replacement of your product as provided herein is your exclusive remedy. "Robots Repairs" shall not be liable to any special/incidental/or consequential damages including but not limited to lost revenues, lost profits, rental of replacement equipment, downtime, third party claims arising out of any theory of recovery including warranty, contract, statutory or tort. Not withstanding the term of any warranty implied by law or in the event that any warranty fails of its essential purpose, in no event will company’s entire liability exceed purchase price of this product.
